Welcome to D'Amour Library, WNE's University Library!

  • University Library to undergraduates and graduate students in the Colleges of Arts & Sciences, Engineering, Business, and Pharmacy & Health Sciences.
  • Access to over 120 world-class research databases, 500,000 e-books, 100,000 e-journals, and 85,000 streaming videos.
  • Four computer labs, 16 bookable study rooms, and a variety of individual and group study spaces. 24/7 study area.
  • Over 100 computers, with printers and scanners on every floor.
  • Free black and white and color printing for current students.
  • Home to the University Archives with materials dating back to WNE's founding in 1919.
  • Member of the OCLC Express digital delivery program.

Mission

D’Amour Library seeks to instantiate the overall mission of Western New England University by supporting the curriculum as well as the instructional and research needs of the University community. As a leader in information services, D’Amour Library strives to develop and enhance information collections in a variety of formats to foster the learning environment. D’Amour Library collaborates with the Colleges, with the School of Law, and with the faculty and staff to proactively promote learning through services such as information literacy instruction, reference, and cooperative resource sharing.
