Borrowing & Circulation

The Circulation Desk is located on the first floor, and is staffed at all times that the Library is open. Visit the circulation desk to:

• Get help finding or using Library resources
• Borrow or renew items, such as course reserves, books or DVDs
• Learn about how to use study rooms
• Borrow equipment and accessories, such as laptops, video cameras, and universal chargers

Borrowing privileges are extended to current members of the Western New England University community. All members need to be registered borrowers in D'Amour Library's online circulation system. University members must present their current University ID when borrowing materials. Current Western New England University students, faculty, and staff are automatically registered each academic year.

All patrons are responsible for the library materials they use and are subject to overdue fines and replacement costs for damaged and lost items.

WNEU Alumni or local CCGS college student may borrow: 

• Books (up to 3 at a time), 4 week loan
• Accessories, such as headphones, as labeled

Fines for overdue items:

• Books, $0.10/day overdue
• Accessories, as labeled
