Pharmacy Citation Guide (Vancouver Style)

In Pharmacy courses at WNE, we cite using the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals (also called Vancouver Style) . This guide contains instructions for some of the most common situations you will encounter:

• Citing journal articles
• Citing books, e-books and book chapter
• Citing drug information sources, such as Lexicomp, Micromedex and package inserts 
• Citing websites and internet images
• How to cite in-text and in presentations
